1. Fix your columns!

It's clear you've got a grasp of basic BBCode already; this is great. A lot of people have no idea how to use it and end up with trashy guides. I do suggest, however, checking out IceCreamy's column coding guide here. There are many place in your guide where the columns are just slightly off, making the guide look cramped or messy. Fixing this is straight forward, and once you have things will look nice and crisp!

Example: Add a new, blank column in your code so that the ability icon isn't directly next to your ability descripting text.



2. Icon/Color Usage

Using item icons ( Morellonomicon, Mercury's Treads etc...) or color in text is fine if done sparingly as it draws a reader's attention to that spot in your text. It also helps thick paragraphs seem less dense. Overuse of these, however, is overwhelming and makes a guide generally difficult to read. In your summoner spell/rune/item sections, you don't have to use these icons every time! Consider replacing some with normal text names to make reading easier.

3. Sections and Section Banners

Obviously you are still working to complete this guide and all its sections, but I still have a few things to say :P.

First, I am personally against having a Changelog section. I would suggest attaching your Changelog in the Conclusion section in a Spoiler so that it is there for people who want it but not annoying to people who don't. Scrolling through every change you've made to the guide can be quite irritating.

Second, put your Ability Sequence section before your skill description! By doing this, you can allow your ability descriptions to justify why you are advocating leveling certain skills first.

Third, I see you have decided not to use the built in table of contents Mobafire provides. This is good, because custom ones are way more interesting! However, having NO table to contents is not good. Coding wise, it isn't that difficult to create a custom one so I highly suggest you check out Atrolia's guide on how to make one here.
