RUNES/MASTERIES EXPLANATION
These runes/masteries give 17 flat armor pen, 8% armor pen, 36 armor, 10.50% cdr, and 6% lifesteal at level one. if you start with a dorans blade and your W, you will have 86 AD in addition to all these other stats. On top of all that, the 6% lifesteal combined with the dorans passive and fiora's passive will give the best level 1 sustain i have ever seen.
standard 21/9 masteries. this works best by far out of all the combos i tried.
Start Dorans
First Back Vamp Scepter/Ward
(plenty of sustain w/o ever buying pots, no need for them)
Naturally, rush Ravenous Hydra (I usually buy this before boots unless the Move Speed is ABSOLUTELY necessary )
After Hydra, go for your boots (berserkers, merc treads, and ninja tabi are all viable picks depending on your current situation/enemy team comp)
Next I usually go for a BT if im doing well, if not then i go for something a little more defensive, eg frozen mallet/warmogs
Continue building situational (basically, damage when ahead, defense when behind)
All these are viable picks
Generally my build would be something like
Berserkers Greaves, Ravenous Hydra, BloodThirster, Frozen Mallet, Last Whisper, and Mercurial Scimitar.

Assuming you follow the runes/masteries exactly, no matter who you are against, you should be able to get a level 3 kill relatively easily.
Simply last hit until you hit level 3, poking off and on when you can use your w to negate your opponent's attack. as soon as you hit level 3, q to the person, use w and e immediately, and when they try and run q the 2nd time and ignite, auto attacking all the while.
this almost guarantees an early kill, and even if your opponent escapes, its a good chance they will need to go back. this even works if someone such as irelia (very strong early) does a cloth armor and 5 pot start against you. either way, you wont need to go back (unless the enemy jungler ganks early), as the sustain this guide has will have you back to full health before your opponent can finish going back and returning to lane (they probably wont even have had enough money to buy anything other than pots/wards). proceed to snowball and dominate, just make sure to ward and ABSOLUTELY AVOID GETTING COCKY. THIS WILL BE YOUR DOWNFALL IF YOU DO.
Happy snowballing :)
this almost always works for me, i have around 1100 normal wins at the time this guide was created. Im currently in Silver 4, used to be in Silver 3 but thanks to elo decay and a vacation i fell into silver 4.
Yes, im not pro, but this has worked for me 9/10 games... give it a shot if you want to see for yourself :)
suggestions appreciated
