To catch people farming a solo lane, simply stealth and walk up to them, hit your W and then ghostblade until they freak out, if they can flash far enough away then use your ult to get the final hits in (it should really only take like 2 hits).
The main logic is when you come out of stealth you have 110% extra attack speed if you activate ghostblade, couple that with 70% crits and you are unstoppable in a 1v1 ambush or even 2v1/3v1 from a distance with your ult. Try it and like this guide! Thanks for listening, it's the Big BL!!!
