I think a heavy CDR build would work really well (3 seconds cooldown, 36 on and lots of snares through ).

However, ap really isn't a great purchase on her due to the fact that she only has a single ap scaling ability. The main threat of the is the snare, which opens up opprotunities to lay down a whole lotof hurt on your enemies (As well as opprotunities to yell: "WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW!?!?" :D).
However, the are also not as reliable as your auto attacks, or ult, which all scale of off ad.

Id maybe swap out for a (or maybe ), which still gives mana and CDR, but instead of ap, provides your build with a defense item, which every carry needs atleast one of. Or you could go with a zeke's herald if you want a total glass cannon AD + CDR build.

Perrsonally, I think its cool that you're thinking of outside the box builds, but you need to take more time looking at how a champions kit synergyzes with itself before commiting to a guide.

well you got the runes and masteries right, but seriously why would you ever build AP on Jinx? Her chompers are on a mega cooldown anyway, you aren't getting any real damage out of them.

Full damages+ 1 defense item plz.

4 AD scalings, 1 AP scaling and you decide to go for a really ****ty sub-hybrid high-cost build with 0 defensive items.

shocking thing is I did read that guide but I am not really good with it so i went simple because I am simple lol
