Currently a new meta of tanks has hit the rift(as expected), and Lucian is not in a very good spot after the whole, armor pen. changes. So, I thought, he autos quite a lot off of his passive because the classic Lucian combo is E aa Q aa W aa E aa. Since they just buffed botrk to 8% per hit, just that combo alone(not including the ability damage) is 64% additional damage. That's insane! It also gives you sustain with the lifesteal, slow with the active, and attack speed for your crits for mana return. Anywho, you can mess around with the last item all you want, frozen mallet is pretty busted with it currently because you slow, heal, crit, and have mana+health sustain.
