Intro

Hello, fellas.
I'm going to skip actual "guide" part cos all the info you might ever need is HERE so I strongly recommend you reading PSIGUARD's guide first.

Why do I build this sh*t?

A friend of mine suggested itemizing Noct this way. I gave it a try once and DAAAAAAMN, it's crazy. Now it is the only way I build him.
Devastate Garen (Balancia!) in a second? Easily.
Win all the lanes them fothermuckers are losing? Sure.

It offers some strong duelling potential no matter who you face.
One-shot squishes? R - Q - AA = bye bye Vayne (sic!)

Why don't I buy PEN and CDR items?

Practice reveals that Drak's pen amount is quite enough.

Well, the CDR question is a bit harder. It doesn't look like Noct actually needs a lot of spells when he kills guys in 2-3 AAs.

Why Statikk?

Your Ultimate charges it, that's why.
Plus some MS

Cons

[*] This build is for all-ining the enemy. You've got to think twice when ganking, prioritize targets, land Q's and E's smartly.

[*] W and R.
ALL of your effectiveness, survivability and map pressure depends on how well thought and timed are your shield and ult. Takes a lot of work to learn which ability & when (and when NOT) you should block. Did it wrong? Well, RIP.

[*] Kinda not that strong and is a lil' team-dependent earlygame.

Conclusion

Doesn't look that dope at first glance, but try it - it definitely works.
It'd be great to get any feedback.
