This is my 'Headshots only" Caitlyn guide.
This guide is my personal favorite setup to ranked play.

For ranked or normal play with Caitlyn i tend to always take Flash and Ignite as summoner spells.

Flash - I always take Flash when I play Caitlyn because I always seem to get myself into very bad situations(because i'm greedy >:D)and i'm usually the super carry of my team so the enemy is always after me to shut me down. Even with Caitlyns 90 Caliber Net I find myself still in trouble escaping the enemy team so, I take flash just in case.

Ignite - Now it took me a while to decide on taking Ignite. My reason for taking ignite to ensure an early first blood or to stop another champion with some sort of healing ability while I 1v1 them. Examples like Sion with his ultimate ability etc.

Super huge range
Pretty good base damage
Great at denying early game
LEGENDARY when fed
Great farmer

Cons

Very squishy
Very item dependent
Can't escape very well

Runes?!?!?!?!?!

I take Greater Marks of Desolation because armor pen is amazing for penetrating armor...?

For Yellows and Blues i take attack speed Greater Seal of Attack Speed and Greater Glyph of Attack Speed the attack speed helps throughout the game just giving a little head start in your attack speed for better dps.

And for quints depending on the enemy team I take Attack damage Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage or Greater Quintessence of Desolation for more armor pen.

For ranked play I lane with a support.I recommend laning with a Soraka or a Sona both with great supporting abilities.

A quick tip for an early first blood if u have the rune setup from this build then your auto attacks should be hitting pretty hard at lvl 1 if you can rush to bot lane with your support and get an early Yordle Snap Trap at the end of the bush closest to your enemys brush once they are caught start auto attacking them and activate your ignite summoner spell on the enemy champion caught even if they do get away after that you can flash fpor the last auto attack needed for the kill.

Farming early game is pretty damn easy and since you will be laning with a support of some kind they wont be trying to take any of the creep kills and, once your Piltover Peacemaker is at level 3 you can fire that into an enemy creep wave and they are all at last hitting health :D
