I'm not too keen on the guardians, cause although its got armor and a revive its not going do much in the long run if you get caught, and then cced after a revive.

I may add black cleaver into guide but as a note I don't have armor pen because in my experience people don't build that much armor in the games I play.

I used to love armor pen back in the day but now im generally against it after running flat strength, i mainly only use it on renekton, irelia and fiora

My advice to you is to get rid of Ionic Spark for Black Cleaver or maybe even a Guardian Angel?

You have no armor penitration or armor yourself? Super squishy!
