Nice guide, I have some discrepancies, like Miasma, I get 1 point at level 4, it helps a bit not just spamming but cutting ways, mini Tfs dragon ... and the fact I do Hextech rev before Rabadon.

I agree with RoA, it is an item what I don't like except in a few heros which I call OffTank-AP ( With mana), letting the real bursters getting insane damage and using position like best defense.

I have a bit difference from runes and Hourglass, item which I don't get ( Variable slot- Thornmail-Lichbane-Veil)But guide is just nice.

Good job. +1

Overall good guide. Getting Miasma at level 13 is extremely _______. For one, you can cast Miasma and blast the minions once with Noxious Blast and then they are dead. Another thing is that Miasma provides a slow. Miasma is one of the most effective ways of farming with Cassiopeia so picking it up early will be beneficial. Another thing is that you should include a rune section to explain your choices and the alternatives to it.

A "Farming" section will benefit your guide a lot. New Cassiopeia players don't know that a Rank 1 Miasma will take out most of the life of the caster minions. And with just one Noxious Blast, then they are yours. Farming can be explained on and on and on with Cassiopeia, just a general explanation of it is beneficial as well.

A good guide overall, making good use of BBCode, I do have a few suggestions. I would recommend atleast taking one point in Miasma at level 4. The slow is very good for escaping ganks and halting faster APs you may face such as Kennen. Ultimately I find you'll do more damage and get more Twin Fang spam if they can't get to their turret as fast and out of your range when you're chasing. If you just use Noxious Blast, the relatively common Boots start lets them get back to their turret pretty quickly, despite you being able to keep up with the speed buff. I do agree with your decision to max it last, however.

Also, I'd include a section describing your rune choices to someone who may not understand, and provide alternatives that depend upon playstyle. For instance, some people may value the late game power increase provided by Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power.

+1 though, good job.
