Now something about Veigar itself.

You do not pick Veigar to win the lane (If you wanted, you'd play Draven right? )There's huge difference between Winning the lane and being happy or demolishing enemy dreams of becoming the next SKT FAKER's.

It might sound weird for you, but you should aim to have around 8cs per minute. Even having THE SAME CS with the enemy adc = You are winning the bot lane matchup.

Q:You might ask, Why is that Iroh?

A: Veigar just scales better than many ADC's, his ap ratio scaling is coming through the time and itemization. It provides DIFFERENT kind of damage to your team, it neglects maximum damage from the enemy ADC and makes your team do more damage without costing lives.

Q: BUT IROOH, ENEMY VAYNE DEALS SO MUCH DAMAGE, WHILE MY VEIGAR JUST DOES *POOM* AND I CAN SEE SNOW ON THE GROUND. IT DOES NOT DEAL DAMAGE.

A: Well, yes. The snow and the Mighty pilliars prevent enemy ADC walking straight at you or your team, it makes everything predictable. It is like having the fastest reaction in the world, while enemy is playing in Turkey with 400 ping.


First few games as you play Veigar, it will feel bad. It will feel really bad. As you get better you'll understand that your win condition is doing nothing and farming, while enemy ADC has to prevent you from doing nothing. It is really frustating if enemy has picked *bad* champions.

Pros

+ Has cool chroma skins + Evil + Really high damage late game + Insane wave control + Can zone you to the oblivion + Cute

Cons

- Really small - Angry - Your support tilts a lot - Hard to execute early game - Cute - Shows no mercy

Just be healthy boy and don't follow your support calls. Veigar is really hard champion to predict if you are playing with him the first time. It might feel like you are losing while you are doing nothing, so your support is going to do CRAZY IRON 4 MONTAGE PLAYS level 1 and you'll lose the game. You have to make sure he understands the purpose of picking veigar. It is your job to communicate with him your game plan. It is your game afterall.

Being a good veigar is really hard, you have to know how champions interact between eachother and the best teacher for you is playing the ******* game and understanding your damage, your spells, managing the lane. If you are playing and losing, you are doing something wrong. Veigar is just a champion. In order to improve you have to... THINK.
