Champion Build Guide
- Mobility - High CD
- Great engage skills - Weak against heavy CC
- Can make escapes - Reliable on his abilities
- Great AP stats - He goes extremely usefull only with Xayah
He gains a shield (40-16 sec CD). When you are damaging with bacis attack or with an ability the cooldown is reduced by 1 sec. If either Xayah or Rakan recalling the other can move closely and activate their own recall.
His 1st skill-
Gleaming Quill
Rakan slings an enchanted feather forward, dealing Magic damage magic damage to the first enemy hit.
DEALING MAGIC DAMAGE:
70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 60% AP)
If that enemy was a champion or epic monster, an area is marked around Rakan.
After 3 seconds or if an ally champion comes within the marked area, Rakan Heal power heals himself and surrounding allies by 18 − 120.
His second ability-Grand Entrance
Rakan dashes to the current location and knocking up his enemies dealing magic damage.
His 3rd ability-Battle Dance
Rakan leaps to an allied champion and Hybrid resistances icon shields them for 3 seconds.If Xayah is the target, Battle Dance is able to be cast from an increased range.
His Ultimate-The Quickness
Rakan breaks into a captivating sprint for 4 seconds, gaining Movement speed icon 50% bonus movement speed for the duration. During this time he deals magic damage to all enemy units he collides with, charming and slowing them by 75%. This may only occur once per unit.
MAGIC DAMAGE:
100 / 200 / 300 (+ 50% AP)
CHARM DURATION:
1 / 1.25 / 1.5
When Rakan collides with his first enemy champion he gains an additional Movement speed icon 100% bonus movement speed, which starts decaying after 0.5 seconds by 20% every 0.5 seconds.
During the first 0.5 seconds of The Quickness, Rakan is in Channeling iconcast time.
During The Quickness, Rakan cannot basic attack enemy champions if he did not charm them.
