DOINB 400 CS 24min CHINESE STRATEGY???
1) Start farming midlane until you can afford lost chapter (and boots if possible)
2) Recall, buy lost chapter (and boots if you can) and TP back mid to not lose farm
3) Keep shoving wave and start farming the jungle
4) You must farm jungle and also have the time to go back to lane and lose no minions (or lose max 1 minion per wave)
5) Shove again, rinse and repeat
6) In the beginning you should farm allied raptors, then start farming allied wolves, then enemy raptors and then after building 2 items you should be able to almost full clear blue side and go back to lane losing max 1-2 minions. You'll become better with practice!
7) Enjoy ~300cs in ~20 minutes (if you are epic gamer you can easily get 400 cs in 24 mins like the legend himself)
