I would use runes on AP for your abilities. It is very usefull to take runes on mana Regeneration to be able to give yout enemies more damage (cooldown is also good for this), but higher damage is better than everything.

You can put your masteries like I do in 0/21/9, but 9/0/21 is also possible, but than you are not a very good AP tank, so 0/21/9 would be the better one.

Good Spells for Cho:
is good for hunting enemies to eat themis the tank summoner spellis also possible for huntingis one more for hunting and for getting away from ganksfor killing too fast enemies running under the towercould be used for farming...cho is so or so a good farmer


possible but not very good spells for Cho:
