Cho'Gath Build
Ability Sequence

Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Masteries
I assume the player is very familiar with Cho'Gath, and his (her?) limitations/strengths. As such, this is not a how-two as there are already plenty of those guides out there.
Cho'Gath is best played as an off tank caster (IMO) who can crank out serious damage with great survivability.
The items stack AP, health, health regen, and mana regen. This build provides max survivability while also being a fantastic caster for your team. Be sure to keep max feast stacks at all times!
Core items are: Boots, Chalice of Harmony, Rod Of Ages, and Force of Nature. Most games will be over or close to over after you begin to build Rylai's.
Note: For very physical attack heavy teams and if you are getting focused, substitute Randuins Omenfor Force of Nature.
Why movement speed Quints? My preference. Outrunning ganks, intimidation, and chasing are reasons I use these quints on most of my champions.
Scares the living @!$% right out of an enemy when a huge Cho is sprinting at 500+ movement speed knowing their demise...OM NOM NOM get in mah belly!
