Basically, I go with

On Draven and the majority of my ADC's, I tend to rush my Blood Thirster. This is, however, assuming that my lane opponent and I are on level fields of play. If I were to be ahead in lane, however, I would rush my Infinity Edge and then build Blood Thirster.
