Idea behind the build
This is build is intended to be a consistent build for Camille (i.e. a build that doesn't require an early kill to succeed).
Since Camille's jg clear has been nerfed multiple times, it is difficult to clear your camps efficiently unless you manage to get an early lead. With this build, you can still be a useful Jungler without getting a early kill from an invade or level 2 gank.
Most people rush
Tiamat -> Skirmisher's Sabre - Warrior to make up for Camille's poor JG clear, but Tiamat doesn't build into any cost efficient item. Instead, this build uses Skirmisher's Sabre - Cinderhulk to circumvent buying Tiamat entirely.
