Lane phase

Sivir have weak lane phase. All you should to it good push and farm minions. Don't trade with your enemies. Also you can use "q" to poke your enemies.

Items

At first i prefer infinity edge to essence reaver because i like to save mana on farming (and don't use my "q" to poke). As for me, statikk shiv must have item because it perfect combine with "w" as in farming as in team fights where it increase your area damage. Third item you should take situation: BOTRK if in enemy team 1> tanks, also it helps to repel the attack of an enemy tank.

Farming

Press "W" to farm all creeps xD

Team Work

in fights u should take good position with your "r" and all time try to change the position to take away enemy focus from you. Don't try to pvp, just run till you have ultimate effect.
