HEY! I am Wolf Nighteyes an Emerald Rell OTP. I have played League since Season 6 and I am what the average League player's story is. most of my time in league has been stuck in silver and bronze so i know the pain. but i made the climb and I plan to continue to masters. I want to share what I've Learned Specificly about Rell here in this guide. The reason I play Rell is because she is a relitivley easy to get into but has a lot of growth to back her up. she generaly fits into most team comps and has a low pick and ban rate.

-Engage can be easily interupted.
-engage range is low heavy reliance on Flash
-Peel is OK at best
-Long CDs
-No Skins WTF RIOT

-BEST AOE ENGAGE IN THE GAME
-Low skill floor
-Build Flexability
-Low chance of ban or picked making her a great OTP :3

Here I want to breifly cover summoner spells to take on rell.

-A lot of people like to take flash Ignite but I dont think it is her best summoner combo. However there is some value. it is Great into Heal heavy comps if you dont like buying Oblivion Orb however using it for kill presure is not a bad idea either but only in lane matchups where you and your adc have a very high kill potetial early for example Draven and Rell.

-In my personal opinion the go to Summoner at least for now. Heal is super versitile. it gives that extra MS for sticking to enemies, burst of healing making you and your carry even harder to kill, and helps with your Engage. if you take Cosmic Insight its even better!\

This would be my next go to depending on what the enemy team is running. if there are a lot of burst champs like Talon Zed Rengar exhaust is very good on top of things like Knight's Vow and Locket of the Iron Solari which makes it super hard for these champs to 1 shot your carry.
