Sry but I don't think this build is good. The Crit Chance is good but Nasus does not need that much atk speed so I think you should get Trinity Force instead of Phantom Dancer. Nasus does not need that many damage items since most of his dmg comes from his q and r. Also the Spirit of The Anicent Golem item is not necessary, since you are not jungling. You should get Shurelya's Reverie instead. Also Heal is not good on Nasus since he already has a lot of life steal and he has a heal with his ult. I think you should get flash or ghost instead of heal since he does not have any escapes.

Well obviously the item build is complete rubbish. Masteries are okay, runes are not okay.

There is only one build for Nasus and that is as a spellblade tank. Here's why: Nasus deals mixed damage, has mediocre scaling with AD and AP, and has infinite AD scaling. Hence, building him for damage is no good.

hm... that's some weird build there, you need something to proc with his Q, so he can get all items for tankiness, you should get Trinity Force or Iceborn Gauntlet, also, you should focus at leveling 1 skill at time, and the best would be to max Q by lv 9. (maybe you should change the spells too). aside from that the guide is cool, nasus is one of my favorite champions :D

Heal is a terrible choice. You have a Spirit of the Ancient Golem as top lane. Rod of Ages, Atma's Impaler, Phantom Dancer & Bloodthirster. All your runes are wrong apart from your glyphs. You aren't even level 30...... Masteries are completely wrong. Fury of the Sands is no way near the best ultimate in the game. So many spelling mistakes it makes me cringe & the guide is just all out terrible. You score a 1 *for spelling Nasus correct. -1 from me.

thanks for the constructive criticisms ... in fact i'm a lvl 21 summoner and i'm trying to find my best mode to play with Nasus. I accept your suggestions, you are surely more and more expert than me. Every match i search new items for build Nasus better. Maybe I must work more on armor and MR than work on attack with 3 items. Nice guide i guess although the build and other stuff isn't completely meta it's nice seeing ppl has got the guts to go out there and write a guide. i'll giive a couple of tips tune in to some high rated mobafire guides to see what items and strategies that work for nasus, but my number on tip is to keep playing the game reach lvl 30 (i guess you are below) and keep experimenting +1 for courage

I REALLY do not agree with the build. RoA and PD? I don't find that very viable on Nasus. BT might be viable, but there are waaaay better items to get for him. I suggest you build him tanky, with either Trinity Force or Iceborn Gauntlet for damage.

Mercury's Treads, Trinity Force, Shurelya's Battlesong, Frozen Heart, Warmog's Armor and Runic Bulwark is a good example full build.
