While I do like most of the PD, the good stats don't outweigh the AS. Honestly, I'd replace it with a last whisper in case they decide to stack armor against you. Note that the gain of 40% armor pen outweighs the dead weight of the AS bonus. Shooting 60Ar instead of 100 is much better for your damage output.

Also, as you approach 100% crit chance it gets a worse damage/cost ratio. You should strive for 70-80 ish and then focus on either base damage or survivability.

Only 30 MR means the mages will be hitting over 100% of their spell damage on you due to most building magicpen into their items/runes. I would suggest, at the very least, a GA because it is funny to see 3 or so blow their ults on you, then you come back and triple kill them with your team. Even an aegis would help out a bunch and still slightly increase your damage output.
