The Basics
As you can see here I have a rune build that will give you no waver of any kind. This is strictly for giving your auto attacks a very high crit chance at lvl 1. (should be 30ish%)
Since Fiddles doesn't have any physical abilities getting attack damage runes won't help you out (maxs out at 52.38 at lvl 18).
You could also trade out some of these runes for crit damage, but then you would have to buy a second to get your crit chance high enough to constantly crit. (wasted money. could have went towards a damage output item)
Finally you could choose to buy some attack speed runes, but ultimately the and will give you plenty of attack speed to be a threat.
Feel free to comment on what runes you used, and how they worked out for you.
As you can see I built a very basic 21/0/9 build, but didn't spend any points in mana regen since you will only be casting your spells on rare occasions.
There are some options you have here based on personal preference.
the one point I have in to get four points could instead be put in if you like to use that spell.
The one point I have in could instead be put in ... again if you like to use that spell.
Finally I put one point in only because I use , but if you don't then you have a point to have fun with.

If you noticed in my skill sequence I max out
first (finished at lvl 9). That's only because you want to get the entire 3 seconds of stun to help out in all fights (1v1 or team).
Another thing you might have noticed was that I get maxed out second. So you don't have to recall every 3 seconds just to heal up.
You only need to get once, to silence. This skill isn't for damage, simply to silence.
Finally you want to get at lvl 6, 11, and 16 (... ... DUH!)
The great thing about fiddle's ult is that he can still use this for great damage output, even as a CrittleSticks.

As you can see I made a very strict build order, but obviously in end game you don't want to have
(very useful in early game, since everything else is so damn expensive). So at the point in the game where I can sell this item to buy a new item, I start to ask myself. "what do I need? More lifesteal? A
to get out of crowd control?
cause they keep running away from me?
cause Master Yi is a lazy dill hole? This is where you use your game sense and start buying what will counter your enemy. And I'm sure the more you use Crittle, the further you will stray from this build order and more towards a freestyle build, but that takes skillz. So this is for those who choose not to adapt in your play style.
Pros:
Let's start with the good news first.
1. You're trollin peeps
2. You have the most powerful single target CC in the game (3 second fear)
3. You can now actually deal damage to towers
4. You're effing trolling peeps, and you get to rub it in when you succeed.
Cons:
1. You're VERY FLIPPIN squishy (don't try to tower dive to often)
2. Your teammates will get hella jelly and try to report you if you don't do good.
3. Very expensive build, so you'll need a lot of creep kills/enemy kills.
4. You're so squishy, you might use your forehead to type your feelings of anger.

Hmm lets see.. always open your 1v1 fights with your fear(preferably your ult in teamfights), try to harass in lane(the enemy will be surprised to see you're actually doing decent damage when auto attacking), be careful (you're squishy), and finally have some fun.
Please feel free to comment on your experiences with CrittleSticks. What you used, bought, or tried out, and how it worked for you. I'm also ok with the criticism soon to follow.
