This pick seems pretty troll and you will certainly get flamed by teammates but this pick is extremely effective and efficient. with my ad runes i usually have a decent time trading in lane and once teamfights hit i start to hard carry. AP Rakan has a disgusting teamfight, you have a sexy initiation that can be combod well with flash, you have his rediculous scalings; .7:1 heal on his Q with a 3.5s cd late game, .8:1 shield on his E which can be used twice for 1.6:1 ap scaling, .9:1 ap scaling shield on his passive that is only a 10s cd late game and is reduced by attacks and spells on champs, this shield makes you a psuedo tank late game. Obviously Rakan is a more supportive type pick, you should be constantly revolving around your adc in teamfights as well as diving in and causing a ruckus. Rakans damage is decent, if you're fed you will be able to oneshot squishy champions as well as having decent matchups against most meta picks. You set up ganks very well especially after 6, you have a large burst combo at 6 as well that can often net you kills on unsuspecting dudes, and you can roam very well if you are actually able to push your lane in first. When it comes to teamfights I don't know a champion that has more impact, starting strong during mid game when you first start picking people off until late game where your disgusting scaling heal/shield makes it impossible for your adc to die this build is certainly more than just a troll pick. With over 200 games and almost a 60% winrate in diamond I'd say this pick totally works it just takes some serious practice. Good Luck Have Fun.
