This is the build that I use in 5v5s and it works well for me. I get ghost and exhaust so I can run and chase first of all. I get force of nature to keep me on the field which is the reason for the many pots also. I then get warmogs for health and regen then get armor and guardians for armor. The masteries I choose for all defense and then for the summoner spells. I got random runes because I can't get runes yet so I just went armor, magic resist, health, and regen. I chose the skill sequences for max harrasing and slowing. Hes basically a stay alive harrassing tank that is best against a 2 ap, and 3 ad team.
