at late game, you will be able to lead the team to victory and demolish any enemy from squishies to tanks
you have to really have to know how to play the champion to do this
at the start play him like a full assassin and try as much as you can to ambush with him
Note: Talon is amazing in a team fight, helping your team will help you and your whole team for the good, this means you will get the build faster then you would probably expect
Cut-throat is good for getting close to enemies and get off an abilities with slightly increased damage, just follow it up with a Noxian diplomacy and you will do a great amount of damage, FYI: Noxian diplomacy will leave a bleed affect which is like another ignite, follow it up with a ignite and any person 100 hp at level 1 will be killed for a fact, flash can be used for a cheap way to get damage out there when you really need kills to help you get your build.

this is a dominion build, for summoners rift: swap out sanguine blade for blood-thirster because sanguine blade is a dominion version of blood-thirster
Talon is a very hard champion to play, this means he is not a noob character and is squishy early game, but turns into a very deadly champion late game, but he is very good in a team fight, meaning do not be afraid to help your team because it will pay off

i pick armor penetration runes to counter tanks and be even more deadly to squishies early game
