Foxfire Ahri will always be the best Ahri

Runes

You can use standard mage runes for Ahri if you don't have enough rune pages to make a specialized one. It would be smart to at least invest in the scaling CDR runes so that you can get max without building any special items.

Skill Sequence

There is no reason to deviate from the standard skill sequence R>Q>W>E

Keep in mind W is a mana dump for the first few levels and should only be used as an emergency

Spells

I always run ignite and flash on Ahri. Some people like to take TP, but Ahri's burst can be low in the early game and ignite is often needed to secure kills in lane. Ahri already has enough roaming potential with her ultimate so the few TP ganks you will do aren't really worth it.

Creeping / Jungling

Ahri can be quite hard to get CS with because of her slow attack animation. The attack speed marks help to make this a little easier but really you just have to be careful and practice.

You can use your Q to hit the entire minion wave if you angle it correctly and will usually kill all of the caster minions with the returning damage.
