i build like that because teemo is a ad or ap carry with a little bit of support.
the build u see is for ppl who like to play but cant beat a tank
of the main reson this build is good is because most tank only build either armour or mr
but if u can lower the mr adn armour u have a better chance at killign them

teemo is a attack speed ad or ap carry
i got 9 attack speed marks because of teh fact that more attack speed will help with those 1v2 ganks and also it will help early game
i got mostly flat ap rune because of the fact toxic shot is .4 of your ap so if u have like 20 ap starting off that is about 30 damage per hit at 1 which is very good

i pick the masteries because of the fact that teemo can be a ap or ad carry so i got both ad and ap masteries so that way if your in game and they build mr u can build ad
o if they r buildign armour u can build ap

heal is for early game cent teemo doesnt have that much health heal can help out alot exhaust is for we ppl are attack u or geetign away from u
the active exhaust and then basic attack them

teemo isnt much of a teeam player but if u want to be set mushrooms in the jug for like wrads and when your team mate is running away just lay down a mushroom so the bad guy is slow and they your team mate gets away

teemo isnt 1 of the best jugger and even teem cant jugg but if u want to u can
the second team
is for team jug
u want to start off at blue with a hard leash then get wolfs then warths then red u will wanna gank mid for the easy kill most of the time but if top needs help. help them
like before dont have top buy ward
just set a teemo mushroom in the bush so your solo top doesnt have the waste money with wards

the pro about thee first build is that it can rape gp a teemo counter and cna also get cs very easy and can supprot a little its very good mid to late game becasue of the fact that teemo isnt good early game champ and does the beat at mid to late. cons 1 of the most biggest cons with teemo is that teemo has a had time wiht staying in lane because he has no heal and the other most biggest thing about my build its only good if u can play teemo
so if u r first time teemo it can geet a little bit hard to play

the unique skill s that this build lowers armour and mr so taht way if they have mr and armour it will be easyer to kill them if not they will have negtive mr and armour
and it has hit of attack so that it will be easyer the kill ppl and the whit end give mr on attack so that will realy help when attack a ap carry
