To use this build, you must perfectly be in sync with your inner Lee Sin.
You have to play really carefully. The idea is that you can go in with your Q, slap them with your E and Hydra, and W back out. Simple as that. When the teamfight is ending you will be looking to kill the loners. Just clean it up. If you can land your Q's, you will dunk everything.
Also hoard all the buffs, so that you can have the swag doublebuffs.
