Sunfire Aegis is great mate, but you just have to get et early in the game, or the damage output on is just gonna be useless, i have never seen sunfire cape as a mid game item!, if cant get with in the first 15-18 min, its not to usefull tbh.

First Mundo Guide that i dont downvote!First guide(expect my guide :P)that is saying Spirit Visage is really bad!I can understand you can play the Doctor only for that reason :P.I don t agree with Sunfire Aegis but overall a guide that can be used :)

It's too short.
I love playing Dr. Mundo and I can tell you for a fact that getting Spirit Visage early will benefit you greatly later on. You do not need such a quick Sunfire Aegis, although it works quite well on Dr. Mundo, there is no need to get it that early.
Still not a bad guide, but as I've said, it's to short, and it can use some major improvements, until these are done I feel like I cannot +vote it.
