The only problem with building Sheen on Draven is that, although you do deal Tons of Damage ©, if you drop an axe you basically lose all of your burst until it cools down. This makes Draven's already high enough Risk/Reward even higher.

Sheen effect has a CD too (2sec), so spamming madly won't make it better. Using a skill every 3 sec is perfect for Sheen.

The Sheen procs mostly come from you spamming W, not Q.

Actually What most people don't know is Blood rush also activates Sheen So just by Catching axes and spamming blood rush you can do a lot of damage

Sheen is useless on Draven (at least what I think), because it only counts for activation on skills, and since spinning axe requires catching instead of you just activating again, it doesn't have the bonus attack damage applied.

I've tried it and the sword of the divine gives you the same attack speed that the bow gives you When you activate it So it is just best to get the bow where you could just keep using blood rush to get the same attack speed that you get with sword of the divine

the active on that can pretty much one shot your opponent early-mid game also it makes sure your passive gets activated.
