BTW, I'm messaging you a link to my 13/0/7 win with this build so you can start posting them in a section to lend weight to your guide.

Micro brings up a good point, but it is situational. If you are doing well enough early for whatever reason and attack speed isn't really an issue, I would build for before . However, if you are lacking just those one or two extra hits to kill them before they escape, then grabbing a before you build can really make the difference.

I suggest using a Zeal in this build at some point, I use boots potions and two doran's blades, then a zeal to phantom dancer, then vampiric scepter and infity edge,i also use a pickaxe and BF sword from there go to BT Last Whisper and Guardian Angel I've gone 15-2, 5-1, 3-3, and recently 10-2 with this build. This boots in attack speed helps a bunch and the last whisper helps for armore pen. :)

I played Draven with a build like yours and was succesful in my games but would not Phantom Dancer be better before Infinity Dancer? I just would like to know and I did not try it.

You might consider moving the point in Summoner's Resolve over to resistance, since you don't use any of the spells associated with it. I might also point out that unless you are jungling, you could move those 2 points from Butchery into Sorcery or Deadliness, for extra CDR on his E/R or added AD per level, respectively.

As far as summoner spells, you might add a section detailing your thoughts on each of the viable spells for Draven, which coincidentally I'm inclined to say that Ignite would be a secondary choice for me since his passive works as a small ignite minus the reduced healing. I might substitute Ghost instead for added escape, or heal for a panic for newer players that get distracted by shiny spinning axes.

Item choice is solid, with the opening choices allowing you to stay in lane a long time. In the optional item choices section that I'm sure is forthcoming you might add Merc Treads for the tenacity boost as teams with heavy CC tend to shut Draven down fast.

Good job overall. Good guide. Voting asap.

P.S. I know it would be much easier to read if I linked all the talents and spells, and as soon as I figure out how to do that I most certainly will. For now a humble apology will have to suffice. Sorry :).

Not a bad guide, it covers the abilities, rune and your preferences, but you might want to go more into item variation choses, so if someone needs defensive items that complement him they are aided in their search(same goes for altenate offensive items).
