Introduction.

BOOM! With this guide, you will be able to beat the **** of of almost every toplaner, with insane (single target and AOE)damage, sustain and OUTRAGEOUS FABULOUSNESS.
-Firstly, you start with Doran's Shield and a pot. I never take Doran's Blade, as the shield is much better, giving you health, health regen and autoattack reduction.
-If you don't kill your opponent in early game, farm untill you have atleast 1200 gold. After, you can recall and buy sheen. Don't buy anything before Iceborn Gauntlet (except starting items of course). After you buy it, you'll probably win all the trades with the enemy toplaner.
-After Iceborn Gauntlet, take Bilgewater Cutlass and ubgrade it into Blade of the Ruined King. It gives you attack speed, sustain, bonus magic damage and slow. It is very useful in trading
-Then buy Ravenous Hydra. It gives you a lot of sustain, single target damage and AOE damage.
From now on, you will clear the wave with W followed with autoattack.
-Boots don't need to be taken so early, but I reccomend you to take first tier boots. Don't enchant them until you get full build.
-I usually take Frozen Heart before Spirit Visage, because i usually get queued against AD Toplaners. It is especially efficient vs. autoattack-based champs that rely on attack speed.
-Spirit Visage is better than Banshee's Veil, because it gives you that sustain passive and cooldown reduction.
-Optional items: You could take Frozen Mallet and Guardian Angel instead of Spirit Visage and Frozen Heart, if your team is dominating the enemies. This is the offensive build. The regular one is safer.
Zephyr is used when you want to go ad-attack speed, and Last Wisper is for full offensive build (assasin-like).

-Marks: I mix AD marks with Attack Speed marks for easier trading and farming.
-Seals: I take Armor seals as I need a lot of resistance on the lane. However, you could take Health seals, because they give you TONS OF HEALTH (72 actually). I reccomend Armor seals, though.
-Glyphs: I mix Magic Resistance Glyphs with Mana Glyphs, because having 9 MR Glyphs is too much. Mana Glyphs are very useful in early game. By level 10, you will never oom.
-Quintesences: I take 1 Attack Damage Quint and 2 Mana Regen Quints.
