The stats displayed above aren't real. I don't know which kind of bug we got, but the real stats are;

3k HP, 3k Mana
around 900 Ability Power

Only farm with your Q, don't use auto attacks. Try to hit your enemy as often as possible, so he can't farm.

If you are level 3, you can try to use your passive and then run to the site of the bush (does'nt matter if upper or lower bush). Go as near as possible to your enemy, but care that he can't see you. If you think it's the right moment, rush with your W to him and use your E, spam your Q. If he has around 150 HP and flashes away, flash to him, give him one Q + Ignite and you'll get first blood. But don't waste your summoner spells if first blood is already taken.

After this kill, you should farm until you have around 1700 gold, to go back. Pick up your yellow boots and your tear. Now you're going to push your lane. Spam your Q everytime, try to last hit with auto attacks if you think you would'nt get them by waiting for your q being up. Since your lane is pushed you can go (counter-)jungling, or even gank a lane which needs help.

You don't need the bluebuff! Evelynn DOES NOT need the bluebuff! Since you went back the first time you'll pick up your tear, u won't need the blue.

Never go jungling with Evelynn, that is completely useless. Evelynn can gank after she got her first kill (doesn't matter if she died before or during it). It's way better to take a jungler who needs tons of mana, so he can always take it. It's much better to have a Evelynn who can gank AND a jungler.

In TFs u will ever engage if they are 4 or less. Only engage on 5 if you have your Seraphs already. Always engage with your ultimate (+ Seraph, if already got it) and try to pick up their AP Carry. Since their APC is gone, they won't win the fight if their ADC isn't totally fed.
