A quick look into your suggested item builds and you can see obvious flaws. The AP build- No magic resistance and using Boots of Swiftness; there are just better boots to use, Dark Frenzy is enough to counter slows. The AD build- no armor, you are playing in the jungle! If not players, monsters will constantly hit you. Armor and Resistance are the most important def stats for Eve, even above health duo to her ultimate shield. Also you focus too much on attack speed, none would really let you stick around for endless loop of basic attacks.

Just bought Evelynn and was looking for a guide. This one seemed most detailed and stuff, so I tried it and was really happy with results. The only thing I can suggest is that you add best jungle clearing path. Thanks!

I was looking for a Jungle champion, and nobody seemed to fit. Suddenly, Evelynn spoke to me! I went around looking for guides and I really liked this one.

I for my build, my core items I went for were
-Stalkers Blade
-Sheen
-Hextech Gunblade
-Triforce
-Stalkers Blade *Magus (Thinking Warrior might be better due to Triforce)
-Boots of Swiftness

I haven't got to try the Iceborn yet, but I liked this because of the added bonuses from the Triforce to where once I got it + Hextech, you pretty much start clearing jungle like crazy. Only problem I'm having is the order of which early items to get: Sheen vs. Hextech Revolver vs Cutlass. It looks like possibly Cutlass if you want sustain, or Sheen if you want more damage for ganks early game. Anyways, just giving my 2 cents. Can't wait for the guide to be complete! ^^

Flint, logic in a hybrid guide? Haha - it's questionable. Runes explanations will be later - just try to figure it out. Hybrid Pen is really good with this masteries, but i usually using "Magic Penetration" runes, cause they are cheaper XD

Wanted to see an hybrid Eve Guide, But i can't see the logic behind it.

You dont really explain your rune choices : ok for armor and MR but why hybdrid penetration ? Just vbecause this is hybrid guide ?
You use a lot of colors, ok that is pretty but is there a ligic behind it, it just confuses me.
You have five items in your item general build, what would be the last one ? Could you be more detailed in the sequence you buy the cheapest items to build the legendary ones ?
