As Twitch jungle with support item, your role is to perma apply pressure on all lanes and suffocate them, so that they dont want to play anymore. A good Twitch can always find a way to get a few AAs on the enemy laner. You get your gold with First Strike and Support Item, which is a nice source of gold, trust me its insane.


So, you are going to want to start support item and level 1 try to get to 150 gold to get refillable potion. Just use ur invis and it probably will go wrong most of the time...
Perma annoy your enemies when the lanes start. I like going mid level 1 with invis.
Then move top and as soon as first strike and 2 supp item stacks are up again, Q again and gank the enemy top!
Rinse and repeat until they have lost all hope

Important: Since you dont have the better smite, you will have to sell the support item at 20 minutes and buy the jungle item. The jungle item penalty disappears then and you can farm minions as much as you want. Take as much farm as you want always, since you are the carry (obviously)

Oh and you can use Hexflash while you are going invis with Q, which is a really fun mechanic to abuse.



I dont know if I would recommend this strategy to anyone, but it really is fun as hell trust me :)
