Thanks for the constructive input DeOnde, I've added a good deal of BB code however I'm still not known for my neatness with it. I try to clutter the page as little as possible, but do rant.

To Janitsu, Berserker's grieves is only useful due to saving 100 gold when compared to lucidity. The cooldown reduction is more valuable than that, however merc treads is useful because of the MR and tenacity you are right there. Still, most of the time you'll want the boots of lucidity. You see a lot of pro players taking boots of lucidity because they are incredible early/mid game cdr items.

2nd - Your build is not the worst but needs revision, why such a late Statikk Shiv? it is an item that shines the most in the early/mid game, why would you take it as a last item? why such an early LW?

3rd - Runes and Masteries section is undetailed

4th - You should review your guide's organization, "Pros/Cons" section is supposed to be in the beggining, not the end of the guide. You should have more sections and make the guide more in-depth; organizing it will also help with reading.
