Ezreal is a fun champ a good farming Q pokeing W and reatreat E and may a killsteal R.
Just stay to the manual then wehere cool. Ok?

the runes make Mysticshot and Trueshot barrage more efective.
The farming getts easyer with the Attack speed seals and glyph but i gett to that part later;)

It may looks stupid to have only ofensive masteries but you will need them early game.

For items i go as a hybrid it make the Q Mysticshot overpowred.
Relyia's will make it easyer to hunt down enemies.
Tirinty force is a good item for anny champ for Ezreal it is werry needed.
The two last item's is only for damage.

The first major and spell is Mystic shot with all the item's it will have like 1000 damage.
after Mysic shot you need Essence flux it goes thru minnions and if a champ is hit it have reduced attack speed.
And after that Arcane shift is what you wannt.
The ulti Trueshot barrage is a great spell it can hit multiple enemies and minnions.
