Introduction

this is a build for one of my favorite champions, nocturne
this is a one-shot build let's get to the info

Runes

hail of blades is for the increased attack speed
cheap shot is for when you use your e to fear them so you can get extra dps
you are going to be killing a lot of players so the extra damage from eyeball colection will help
your ult is your int so the decreased cooldown from ultimate hunter really helps
nimbus cloak helps you stick to your target after you use your ult to int
transcendence is for the extra CDR

Spells

flash is an always take
tp is for getting into range of your ults dash
you can take exhaust to help you take down your target but is find it doesn't help to much

Items

duskblade is your first buy, it works well with your ult and the extra damage is nice
black cleaver is for the extra movement speed that the passive gives you
yommus should be activated immediately after using you ult
