Runes
Magic Penetration runes are really helpful due to the amount of armour being built. Plus.. Extra Damage!
Armour runes are key. They will help you win the jungle by causing the jungle camps to do less damage so you jungle all day.
Masteries
Spells
Fiddle sticks doesn't need smite due to his OP sustain, but smite is essential for every jungler to secure objectives late game for example baron and dragon.Flash is a great spell for any champions to escape bad situations and to secure kills. Make sure to use flash at the right times due to its long cool down.
