Hi everyone! My name is False Triumph and I've been playing League of Legends for quite some time. I've recently come to find that Thresh is a really strong ADC. Yes this is a serious build and yes he is viable. This is my first guide here on mobafire so feel free to critique and comment!

This guide will not be completed one hundred percent for some time as I do some testing in-game on SR and other game modes.

For now here is the item build that I use and is very effective!

I will be adding alternate purchase orders for games that don't go so well as well as screenshots of past games.

Why Wit's End?

I find WE to be an underused item that doesn't really fit into the ADC niche compared to other attack speed items. It works well with Thresh because it gives him much needed as well as quite a significant amount of magic resistance in team fights. In addition, wit's end applies a small amount of bonus magic damage on his auto attacks. This is important because by late game Thresh becomes somewhat of an AD focused hybrid from his passive granting ability power.

Why Zephyr?

Zephyr is also an underused S3 item that I really enjoy. Extra AD, Attack speed, CD, move speed and the always effective tenacity. This item is particularly effective on Thresh because he really has no escape abilities. Therefore, the CC reduction will greatly benefit Thresh. Keep in mind you can also sacrifice early attack speed for extra MR and tenacity and purchase Mercury Treads early game, but I find the stats on Zephyr to compliment Thresh enough to forgo Merc. Treads.
