In most cases you are going to want to start doran's ring. This always you to stay in lane stacking because you seldom run out of mana. It also gives you two health pots incase you take some unfavorable trades early game. Start E and use it to last hit the first three minis. Always try and keep the wave pushing towards you early so you can safely farm near tower. Try to avoid the minis being hit by your tower if reasonable so your wave doesn't reset.

Stacks come much fast after lvl 9. Once around the 15 minute mark always try to be stacking. You know the game will be easy if you are at 300 stacks at 15 minutes and at 500 stacks at 20 minutes. Use ghost to run down your laner if you think you can kill them. Crazy power spike from lvl 6 to lvl 9 if you have sheen built. Wait for them to use some abilites then just run them down.

Keep scaling like a beast. Split push if you have TP. Maxed W is insane at picking people off. Don't use it on bad targets during team fights, try using on adc and champions that threaten the life of your adc. Hardest part of late game is knowing when to group and knowing when to split. If you are winning 5v5s and the other team keeps fighting them you will want to group. If baron or dragon is up and you do not have tp, grouping is going to be ideal in most situations.
