Introduction
With the movement runes, mastery's, boots and Playful/Trickster you should be faster than most other champion in the game. I have tried the Doran's Ring and I find you don’t have enough sustain to survive hard harass such as a Dr. Mundo or Graves, the only problem with this build is a lack of mana regen, thankfully most of your spells don’t cost much mana, the only thing you need to worry about is spamming your trickster to much as that will drain your mana quite a bit , aside from that, feel free to harass with your Seastone Trident+ Urchin Strike as much as your want. Your next item you get depends on your farm, if you get a lot of farm or a few kills try to a Needlessly Large Rod as soon as you can, if you get a smaller about of gold of boots or chainmail, if your taking heavy harassment you should get the chainmail first, if you're aiming more for kills you should get the boots, for this build I would get a few health and mana pots and a ward, if you can only get one pot get a mana pot over the health.
the hourglass give you insane survivability combined with your trickster, it also gives a resanable amount of burst. You should now have your boots, wather you get it in the middle of building your hourglass or afterwords. Next you should start working on your lich bane, build the sheen first then build it homever you please. The lich bane procs on your urchin strike, and that + your seastone trident deal around 400 dmg, your trickster hits for another 200-300 dmg and your shark hits for 500-600 depending on its level.
skill order
I level up the skills for max dmg and max suvive ability. Your urchin strike, whil it deal a major part of your burst early late game is give varylittle dmg without high ap and a lichbane, your seastone strident is your main harassment tool and your main sorce of sustained damgethoughout the game, late game it makes your auto attacks deal 300 plus. Your trickster is your main escape skill and farming tool, it is also your main force of cc besides your ult and deals a larg amout of dmg all game, personaly I think this is your most imortant skill, that’s why I leave seastone trident at level 4 for a few level, the reduced cooldown and the exta dmg and slow make is worth while. Your basic skill comboshould be seastone trident, urchin strike, trickster, auto attack a few times. If there starting to get away throw your ult to slow them and repeat the combo till dead.
