This is not a one stat focus build, as CDR, critial or even arpen, this build takes the best items on every stat and mix them into a overpowered Sivir´s Build.

Lane Phase play safe and procure to farm as much you can, Build aint cheap so a lot of gold will be required to reach midgame with powerspike items.

Midgame will be easy if Ghostblade and Phantom are on your inventory, being able to clean a whole minion´s wave with Q + 3 Hits with W, works better with Infinity Edge.

Lategame is the best time for this build, apllying large amounts of damage with every basic you hit, dont worry about atack speed, it will be almost capped by R´s Passive on Richochet, Ghostblade active, Boots and Phantom.
