The clear is great because of the missing HP magic damage his W gives him. His base damages are more than apt for killing carries meaning you can gank lanes early and not disturb your clear too much assuming you took minimal damage. Your first clear is the most important because you want to be able to back with at least the "Skirmisher's saber". After that you should not have anymore sustain issues. Pretty standard, unless you smite kill the little creeps in the jungle first then kill the big ones using your [W] and [Q]. Restrict your usage of the [E] because that could lead to mana shortages delaying or even removing the possibility of ganks. Use your [Q] as an on hit reset in tandem with your [W] to hasten your clear on raptors, krugs and wolves for an optimal and fast healthy clear.

Pros: Good Clear, Strong Ganks, Nigh unkillable late game, Good damage Early-Late.

Cons: Constant mana shortages means little to no blue buffs for your mid unless you invade, Useless unless you can at least 1v1 anyone on their back line (And you usually can even when behind). Very late game (Everyone Full Build) he can get countered if the ADC gets tons of peel (We are talking two players focusing solely on peel.) High amounts of lifesteal make killing targets nigh impossible without ult.

This Fizz build's job in teamfights or skirmishes is to dive for the carries immediately using his slippery kit and single target oriented abilities. With efficiency much like his assassin builds he singles out a carry and eliminates them only to escape easily afterwards using creeps and his [Q] or his [E]. I personally have had very little trouble sticking to and killing carries throughout the full duration of the game.

Definitely a strong pick if your team is in need of a Diver/Tank that still does gratuitous amounts of damage. After checking damage dealt to champions on multiple occasions I was pleasantly surprised to see that this build usually did second most in the game if not the most.
