with this u can solo top or bottom if your not going against a tank. Use the fling to the tower and exhaust them so they cant escape. when u go back to base they are going to push to tower; use fortify till u get back, unless u kill them then u will have time to get back.
runes and mastery's should go in defense.
Have fun it works for me.
