Not a bad build, i tend to go a bit more on the support item side of things. I would build the meki pendant first rather than the sapphire crystal. The 200 mana you get from the crystal is provided by the pendant in 200/7 * 5 = 143 seconds or 2.4 min. It will provide far more staying power in the lane.
Also i agree that your runes need working. your current seals only provide 2.6% CDR, not worth 9 runes in my opinion. I would change them to mp5/level runes. With the changes i stated above and rushing the tear then you will not really have mana problems. I find with this setup i really don't need Clarity any more. I could maybe use it once or twice early during the laneing phase but it becomes useless after level 6 or 7 once you start charging your tear. Instead replace it with teleport so you can go home refill mana and be back in a very short time. Plus teleport is far more usefull than clarity late game.
Im not sure about spirit visage. For it's cost it has some nice stats to it but your not really benefiting significantly from the increase in healing. Also it's more expensive and gives less bonus healing than when this guide was first made. Total cost now is 1550. for 1925 you could go for Aegis of the Legion and get more health and armour and a useful aura. Granted you loose the CDR which kind of sucks. Instead you could go for a soul shroud for 2150 and get a lot more health and a nice CDR + mp5 aura. But this option lacks armour and would slow down your build a bit.
This is fantastic advice all around. Every point I thought of while reading the guide was summed up right here. Especially on the Meki Pendant vs. Sapphire Crystal early game.

Dont have a team but i got 2-5-16 and that is realy good for me :p

We've been looking @ a support for our 5vs5, and Taric, Soraka or Janna so in a short time i bought all 3 champs but, i think Janna is the best, aldo she can't heal that well, she can make make or break the teamfights and her shield allows her to prevent my friends from getting dmg.
(which is better then heal? healing costs more mana then buffing with shield?)
And with her stun and stuff, well AWESOME!

Huh. Well I played your guide and I went 4/4/12, which is pretty decent. I guess Visage is pretty good on her, cuz once I got it I didn't die again. A saved my partners dozens of times, but I never really ran out of mana, so I don't think Clarity is too necessary. But I do love clairvoyance, so nice choice.
Anyways, +1 for you! I had fun, and my partners loved me.

Visage is indeed not rly ment for making heals more and better, but its just a bit more armor/health for a fairly low price, and gives u just the edge to get away. Also since you only got 1 heal that u need to cast while standing still, you are a easy and tasty target. The way you and your allies are kept alive is thru her shield, and that can be improved thru ability Power.
With the runes and masteries i've got, you are in total (at level 18), just below 25% cooldown reduction and the Ultimate is just for giving that extra push or health to keep pushing or to win a teamfight, not for every bit of damage.
Mind if i ask Jebus, did you try the build ingame or is it just a quick look?

I find you can srvive as Janna oretty good by just using her shield. I have to admit do, my playstyle is overall defensive, but i do adept to my lanepartner and still you can survive pretty well. I hope you have a fun game and perhaps can help me out with some pointers i haven't yet seen.
