Wukong Passive Ability
Guide Work In Progress
Also planning on adding a pure DPS build
This is a Tanky-DPS build for
Wukong, The Monkey King and can be used for both duo and solo laning. Wukong is great at farming and chasing with his E -
Nimbus Strike great at escaping with his W -
Warrior Trickster (or pretending to use Decoy in some situations by simply pressing "S") which makes him a very fun to play and effective laner.
These are my first 6 games using this build, kills are nothing special but in each game I have been harassing loads which leads to awesome pushing power meaning 6 wins wins in a row. Completely random 5v5s nothing premade.

I run 9 x Greater Mark of Desolation and 3 x Greater Quintessence of Desolation for a strong damage boost while the 9 x
Greater Seal of Armor and 9 x
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist provide Armour and Magic Resistance which stacks with your passive
Stone Skin to increase your tankiness (this is especially good early game)
Both
Greater Quintessence of Health and
Greater Quintessence of Evasion are nice but I prefer the extra damage from my Desolation Quints.
Both
Starter Items
Normally
Doran's Blade, if facing a particularly hard lane or 2v1
Doran's Shield can help a little
Early Game
Get
Boots quickly then farm for your B.F. Sword then decide based on the enemy team composition whether to get
Ninja Tabi or
Mercury's Treads
Core Items
Bloodthirster Gives some nice Attack Damage and some Lifesteal for more survivability
Banshee's Veil Gives a good chunk of Health and Mana and also helps stop some CC which can really mess Wukong up
Trinity Force Gives basically every stat you could want as Wukong, turns you into a beast
Late Game
If you get this far build 2 of these depending on the team you are against (I generally end up building
Force of Nature and
Atma's Impaler)
Atma's Impaler more DPS and Armour, great against an AD carry
Force of Nature The Magic Resist helps against strong APers but the HP Regen is generally why I build this
Sunfire Cloak more Armour helps against right clickers and the damage in nice coupled with your ultimate
Wit's End more MR if you are against an annoying AP carry
Warmog's Armor if you need a huge chunk of HP and some HP Regen
Last Whisper if you need more DPS
Frozen Mallet is ok if you want more HP and some damage
Quicksilver Sash if there is a CC you keep getting caught in this is very useful

Passive:
Stone Skin
Wukong's armor and magic resistance are increased for each nearby enemy champion.
This is a great help early game especially coupled with MR and Armour runes, it also gives a nice advantage in team fights due to it increasing with every nearby enemy champion
Q:
Crushing Blow
Wukong swings his mighty staff with incredible speed, crushing his opponent. This attack deals additional physical damage and reduces the enemy's Armor for a short duration.
This is great for last hitting minions and should be used straight after
Nimbus Strike for awesome harassment or chasing
W:
Warrior Trickster
Wukong becomes stealthed for 1.5 seconds. An uncontrollable decoy is left behind that will deal magic damage to enemies near it after 1.5 seconds.
This is the spell that, in my opinion, makes Wukong so fun to play. Although it's damage is nothing special it is an amazing escape spell, it can be used in so many ways so experiment with it and best of all in some situations you can fake it by just pressing "S" which to your enemies looks the same causing them to believe you are a decoy. Have fun with it, it has many uses both offensive and defensive.
E:
Nimbus Strike
Wukong dashes toward a target enemy and sends out images to attack up to 2 additional enemies near his target, dealing physical damage to each enemy struck.
This is an awesome spell, you should use it to farm creeps fast as well as using it for chasing and harassing coupled with
Crushing Blow
R:
Cyclone
Wukong's staff grows outward and he spins it around, dealing damage and knocking up enemies. Wukong gains speed over the duration of the spell.
Good damage, the knock up helps lots in team fights. Nimbus Strike in, use Crushing Blow for extra damage and to lower their armour, ignite the target then using this should kill almost anyone but a tank

I go for 1 point in
Crushing Blow first as it seems strongest at level 1 then get 1 point in
Warrior Trickster and then one more point in
Crushing Blow before maxing out
Nimbus Strike (getting
Cyclone at 6, 11 and 16), I max
Crushing Blow next and finally
Warrior Trickster
To harass an enemy on your lane use
Nimbus Strike to dash to them and then use
Crushing Blow, you have
Warrior Trickster if you make a bad move and need to escape
Your main combo should be dashing in with
Nimbus Strike, immediately hitting them with
Crushing Blow and then using
Cyclone to hopefully take them down remembering you have
Warrior Trickster if things go bad.
Your main combo should be dashing in with
Farm as much as you can using
Nimbus Strike and use
Crushing Blow to get extra last hits and use your Nimbus Strike + Crushing Blow combo to harass, you should easily get kills like this especially if you are laning with someone with a good CC, remember you have
Warrior Trickster for easy escapes.
Once you have your core items you should really be owning, use cyclone in team fights and you should easily pick up a few kills. You should be able to solo the Dragon now and getting Red and Blue buffs will help you a lot, hide in bushes and gank over extended lanes or help team mates pick up kills.
