Chapter 1
When starting out with GangPlank you wanna worry about farming not Champion kills. Use Parrley to farm gold from minions after getting your 3 first items (Philosopher's Stone, lonian Boots Of Lucidity, The brutalizer) Once getting these items buy a few wards placing them were your enemeys will most likely attempt you gank you. Once you do this you can play very aggressively.
