On early game you need to farm all posible with Q and if you cant get kill the minion with q becouse its on cd, kill him with autoatack but if you can wait for the q, wait for it!.
When you have money for tead of goddess and avarice blade, return base and buy it.
When you have money for philosopher's stone and kage's lucky pick, return base and buy it.
When you have money for boots and manamune, return base and buy it.
When you have money for infinite edge, return base and buy it.
I recomend to save 8100 gold (9100 if you want elixirs) for return base and enjoy the full build.
