Well im not too sure what to put here... but this is my gangplank build... i don't play him that often but on occasion i will play some practice games with the free champs and test builds.. and this build seems to work very well... i catch myself doin it and i know others do... when ur up against a gangplank and all he does is build crit which is what he is suppost to do, but you catch yourself ragin at him because he pretty much takes half your health with parrrley...... but in my build i also made him a dps crit... and if your curious as to why i dont buy boots its because after u get the zeals your at 403 run speed which is actually higher then most boots... so u get the benefits of those zeal stats without taking up a space for boots and as far as my runes as i said i don't play gangplank much but those are just my runes i have... but yeah just try it out and let me know what you think any feedback is appreciated...

and just a little secret... this build works wonders with just about any dps or crit champ such as Twitch, Yi, Tryndamere, Shaco, ect... if you try this build with other chars just comment let me know what you find..
