Hey
there this is my newest garen build,
ill make this as in depth as possible,

Runes are pretty stright forward
u have the flat cdr glyphs thats about 10cd reduction total with the masterys so if u get ghostblade plus boots of cd you will get max cdr

flat hp quints for that nice health early game i mean 100hp increase at lvl 1 is a big deal,

armor pene for marks since garen is mostly physical,

and hp per 5 seals what can i say i like health.

i chose those masterys becuase garens ult is magic damage
and youll be getting a fire cape so the magic pene is nice,

also for the health in defensive mastery
thats really nice, about 150 extra health early game and if u get doran shield with that its 250 extra hp!! at lvl 1
youll be standing tall with your 900hp did i not say lvl 1?!

Ahhh yess
the items,

first i like to start off with a doran shield

the extra armor will and health will help me stay alive while i spin early game
after if the enemys get me too low i like to sit back relax annd regenerate,

then i get avarice blade
finnaly getting my cdr boots ,
after i would get phage
then brutalizer
then firecape
then id finish my ghostblade
then id get negatron cloak
onto atma
then finish my banshee viel
then finnaly geting my frozen mallet











SO conclusion is


Dorans shiel, avarice blade, boots of cdr,
phage, brutalizer, fire cape, negatron cloak, atma,
banshee viel, and frozen mallet.

I MAX out SPIN first becuase IT DOES ALOOT of damage i mean about 500 damage per sec with fully max item,

then id max out silence cause the speed is nice damage is nice and did i mention it silences???

then max out w jsut becuase its there,,,

FLASH AND EXAUST
FLASH to get out of sticky situations
and exhuast to reduce thier damage and slow could get u out of sticky situation as well

is the SHORT RANGE on ULT

oh and hes 100% mellee
